So how does it work?

Elevate your body and mind in 2019 with the FNL 7-Day Challenge!

From January 1st through the 7th, each morning we will send out an email with that day's activity.

 

Each activity will take 30 minutes or less, and you will also get access to @tmazzcpts 7-Day Body Weight Fitness Plan,

so you can get some movement in every day!

 

If you complete all  7 days (and share it on IG), you will be entered to win an ebook copy of 

The Wellness Compass, and a $20 Amazon gift card!

 

Here are the rules:

  • Follow @FNLJournal on Instagram

  • Each day, share on Instagram (stories or feed) showing you doing the activity

    •  Make sure to tag @fnljournal and #FNLchallenge (or it won't count!)
